Gianmarco was my trainer in my first job in Melbourne. He has a lot of expertise and knowledge, but also has patience and the right way to make your learning efficient and clear. Always pushing you to be better, with a lot of carisma. Great teacher, fellow barista and person.

I attended a palate development class held by Gianmarco and Veronica, in which I learned a lot. We did many tasting exercises and also spent some time training the sense of smell with the “Le Nez du café”. They are very passionate approachable and experienced. Highly recommend them!
